Monaco denied Kylian Mbappe deal Real Madrid

Monaco have reportedly rubbished the reports that claims the club has reached an agreement worth of £143m with Real Madrid for the signature of striker Kylian Mbappe.

Reports emerged in the Spanish press overnight suggesting that, after weeks of discussions between the two clubs, Los Blancos had their latest offer accepted.

Madrid were said to be willing to hand over the large sum in one upfront payment, while also inserting various add-on clauses in the Frenchman's contract.

Sky Sports News reports that talks are still ongoing, however, as Monaco have knocked back each of the La Liga giants' previous advances.

Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has made no secret of the fact that he is a big fan of the teenager, who netted 26 goals in his breakthrough campaign last time out.
