Ronaldo named Real Madrid's third captain?
Real Madrid has reportedly named Cristiano Ronaldo as the club's third captain ahead of new season.
Ronaldo move up for Madrid's captaincy, behind Marcelo and Sergio Ramos, according to AS.
The 32-year-old will participate in decision-making regarding playing issues, as he and the two defenders regularly meet President Florentino Perez to "discuss matters that directly affect the first team ".
The report also claims Karim Benzema, who is starting his ninth campaign at the Santiago Bernabeu, will take the 32-year- old’s place as fourth captain.
