Benzema to pen new Real Madrid contract

Striker Karim Benzema is keen on signing a new five-year deal with Real Madrid, according to reports.
Reports on Wednesday suggest that the possible arrival of AS Monaco youngster Kylian Mbappe, who is said to have reached a world-record fee with the Bernabeu, but according to Marca, the 29-year-old is seen as 'untouchable'.
Marca states that the striker will sign a five-year contract to keep with the La Liga and Champions League champions until 2022.
The Frenchman moved to the Bernabeu from Lyon in 2009, and has scored 180 goals in 365 appearances for Los Blancos - winning two La Liga titles, two Copa del
Reys and three Champions League trophies in the process.
