Bale: I never consider leaving Real Madrid

Gareth Bale said he never thought about leaving Real Madrid and he is ready to fight to regain his place in the La Liga champions. 

The Welshman was strongly linked with a move to Premier League side as Manchester United ready to steal him. 

"I have not thought of leaving Madrid," Bale told Marca. Bale – hampered by injuries in 2016-17 – continued: "I know it is difficult to recover the position, but I am in Real Madrid for that."
