Chelsea wants to swap Eden Hazard for Real Madrid star

Chelsea are reportedly hoping to swap Eden Hazard for Real Madrid's James Rodriguez, according to reports in Spain. 

The Blues once tried in January to swap the two players but failed to go through before transfer window close. 

Spanish news outlet Diaro Gol report Chelsea are in talks with Madrid in requesting for Jame's availability. 

And the report also states Hazard would be heading toward the opposite direction. 

Diaro Gol reckon a deal is likely to happen in the coming days as the two clubs near an agreement.
