Real Betis confirm Barca and Madrid interest in midfielder

Real Betis have revealed both Real Madrid and arch rivals Barcelona have made enquiry to sign in-demand midfielder Dani Ceballos.

Ceballos is reportedly having €15million in his release clause. 

"For the moment, we are planning towards the new season that he will be our player," president Angel Haro reporters on Thursday.

"We have had calls from both Real Madrid and Barcelona to express their interest in Dani.

"If he tells us that he doesn't want to stay at Betis then we will work on that.

"We understand that he will get back to us soon as we don't think he'll need so much time to make a decision.

"He will have some days of holiday and will make a decision and at the moment his future does not depend on us.”
