Theo Hernandez: Madrid the best team in the world

Theo Hernandez has praised Real Madrid as the "best team in the world" following his first appearance in the club shirt in the 1-1 draw pre-season game against Manchester United on Sunday. 

“Everyone has given me a warm welcome and I'm very happy to be here with them, this is the best club in the world,” Theo is quoted as saying by Marca.

“I am supported by all my teammates and especially the other Spaniards here, I get along very well with them.

“Before the match [Zinedine Zidane] told me to play just my game; I am really happy to have played my first match and to have won the penalty.

“We worked hard and it was a good performance. Manchester United have played more games but we competed well. I felt comfortable, happy. Now I have to keep growing and learning.”
